Founding Sales LeadChange Agent is a fast-growing company with a robust pipeline. You will partner closely with our founders, spending your first three months expanding our top-of-funnel outreach, learning the full sales motion, and co-selling on live deals. Once you prove repeatable pipeline generation, we will add an SDR to feed your calendar so you can focus on closing.

This role is perfect for a senior sales leader who wants to lead our sales operation and help our company grow over time. As an early-stage startup, we will increasingly look to you to shape our company’s growth broadly with input into most aspects of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Months 0–3 (Ramp Up with Founder Co-selling)
— Build targeted outbound lists and run multi-channel outreach campaigns
— Qualify inbound and outbound leads, set discovery calls, and manage early funnel stages
— Join founders on discovery and demo calls to learn our positioning and objection handling
— Keep HubSpot up to date with all activities and insights
— Hit monthly goals for new meetings and sales-accepted opportunities

Months 3+ (Full Sales Leadership Role)
— Own the entire sales process from discovery to signed agreement
— Run tailored product demos, build proposals, and negotiate terms
— Forecast accurately and maintain a healthy pipeline
— Provide ongoing customer and market feedback to product and marketing teams
— Mentor the SDR who will feed your pipeline
— Provide strategic sales leadership
— Develop and maintain our sales motion broadly, including our hiring plan

Ramp and Growth Plan
1. Immersive co-selling – Shadow founders on calls and demos, practice our sales story.
2. Lead ownership – Take over discovery and qualification while founders close.
3. Full-cycle handoff – Own demos, proposals, and closes for self-generated pipeline.
4. SDR support – An SDR is hired to focus on prospecting so you can maximize closing time.
5. Leadership track – Define strategy, refine playbooks, coach new reps, and shape our sales culture.

Qualifications
— Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience with strong outbound results
— Proven success booking meetings and moving prospects to next steps
— Clear, engaging communicator in writing and on video calls
— Quick study who can explain technical products to non-technical buyers
— HubSpot (or similar CRM) power user
— Self-directed, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup
— Passion for tech that drives social impact. Experience in nonprofit or advocacy sectors is a plus.

— Total on-target compensation of $130,000-$150,000 (half salary, half commission)
