Step 2: Upload Relevant Information to Change Agent

  • To upload the information as a file
    • Click the β€œ+” symbol to the left of the prompt window
    • Choose your file
  • Β To load the information from a webpage
    • Copy the entire URL (NOTE: if the URL is for a Google Doc or other cloud service, make sure that sharing is set to β€œAnybody with the link”)
    • Type β€œ#” into the Change Agent prompt window and paste your URL immediately after the β€œ#”
    • Click on the gray dialog window that says #[URL] to load the information

Step 3: Prompt Change Agent to Draft Email Content

Provide a baseline prompt such as "Write an email campaign for [CAMPAIGN NAME] with a subject line, introduction, body, and call-to-action." Regenerate the answer at least five times to explore different tone and style options.

Step 4: Review & Revise

Choose the content that resonates most with your email goals and audience. Ask follow-up prompts to refine the messaging, such as "Rewrite the subject line to be more attention-grabbing" or "Add a sense of urgency to the call-to-action."

Step 5: Segment Your Audience

Use Change Agent to segment your email list based on demographics, interests, or behaviors. Provide a prompt such as "Segment our email list into three groups: [GROUP 1], [GROUP 2], and [GROUP 3]."

Step 6: Customize by Segment

Use Change Agent to customize your email content for each segment. Provide a prompt such as "This email will be sent to [SEGMENT 1]. Rewrite the content to highlight [ISSUES THAT RESONATE WITH THIS SEGMENT]."
