πŸ“‹ STEP BY STEP

Here’s how you can use Change Agent to create inclusive and accessible event materials.

Step 1: Define Your Event Goals

Identify the purpose of your event, including specific objectives, target audiences, and key messaging. This will help guide the tone and direction of your event materials.

Step 2: Upload Relevant Information to Change Agent

Upload relevant information about your event, organization, and audience to Change Agent. This can include text from your website, social media, or previous event materials.

  • To upload the information as a file
    • Click the β€œ+” symbol to the left of the prompt window
    • Choose your file
  • To load the information from a webpage
    • Copy the entire URL (NOTE: if the URL is for a Google Doc or other cloud service, make sure that sharing is set to β€œAnybody with the link”)
    • Type β€œ#” into the Change Agent prompt window and paste your URL immediately after the β€œ#”
    • Click on the gray dialog window that says #[URL] to load the information

Step 3: Prompt Change Agent to Generate Event Materials

Provide a baseline prompt such as "Create an event program for [EVENT NAME] that includes accessibility features." Regenerate the answer at least five times to explore different design and layout options.

Step 4: Review & Refine

Choose the materials that best meet your event goals and audience needs. Ask follow-up prompts to refine the content, such as "Rewrite the program to include clear instructions for attendees with physical disabilities."

Step 5: Customize by Audience

Use Change Agent to customize your event materials for different audiences. Provide a prompt such as "This event is targeted at [SPECIFIC AUDIENCE SEGMENT]. Rewrite the program to highlight [ISSUES THAT RESONATE WITH THIS AUDIENCE]."

Step 6: Finalize and Distribute

Review and finalize your event materials, then distribute them to attendees through various channels (e.g., print, digital, audio).
