Step 1: Identify Training Goals

Step 3: Prompt Change Agent to Draft Training Materials
Provide a baseline prompt such as "Create cultural competence and sensitivity training materials for [ORGANIZATION/INDUSTRY], including a presentation, facilitator guide, and participant workbook."
Regenerate the answer at least five times to explore different tone and style options.
Step 4: Review & Revise
Choose the materials that resonate most with your training goals and audience. Ask follow-up prompts to refine the messaging and content, such as "Add scenarios for practicing cultural humility" or "Include examples of microaggressions in the workplace."
Step 5: Customize by Audience
Use Change Agent to customize your training materials for different audiences. Provide a prompt such as "This training will be delivered to [SPECIFIC DEPARTMENT/TEAM]. Rewrite the presentation to highlight [ISSUES THAT RESONATE WITH THIS AUDIENCE]."
Ensure that all materials are inclusive and respectful of diverse perspectives, without giving credence to harmful biases.
Step 6: Finalize and Deliver
Review and finalize your training materials. Then, deliver them through various channels, such as in-person training sessions or online modules.
