Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR)We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven sales professional to join our team as a part-time hire, with potential to grow to full-time. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly alongside our founders in a co-selling capacity, focusing initially on top-of-funnel (TOFU) activities while learning the full sales cycle. You'll have the support of a world-class sales operations and execution agency as you help drive our growth and shape our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
— Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities
— Manage the top of the sales funnel, including lead qualification and initial outreach
— Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients
— Collaborate with founders in co-selling situations, gradually taking on more responsibility in the sales process
— Assist in preparing for and participating in sales meetings and demos led by founders
— Provide valuable market feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts
— Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot)
— Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly outreach and meeting set targets

Co-Selling and Growth Opportunity
As our first sales hire, you'll embark on an exciting journey of growth and development, working directly alongside our founders. This role is designed for a high-performer who aspires to evolve into a full-cycle sales professional and eventually take on a leadership position. Your path will include:

— Immersive learning through co-selling experiences with founders:
         — Participate in sales meetings and demos led by founders
         — Gain firsthand knowledge of our product and sales approach
         — Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales cycle
— Gradual increase in responsibilities:
         — Start with a focus on top-of-funnel activities
         — Progressively take on more aspects of the sales process, including demos and negotiations
         — Transition into a full-cycle Account Executive role as you demonstrate success
— Strategic involvement in shaping our sales function:
         — Collaborate on developing our full sales process and playbook
         — Contribute to refining our sales strategies and messaging
         — Play a key role in defining our sales culture as we grow
— Skill development and career advancement:
         — Receive intensive training and mentorship from experienced founders
         — Gain invaluable experience working with top-tier sales operations experts
         — Develop leadership skills as you pave the way for future sales team expansion

Qualifications
—2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
—Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and lead generation
—Experience with or strong interest in the nonprofit/political advocacy sector
—Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
—Quick learner with the ability to understand and articulate complex product offerings
—Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
—Strong presentation skills and comfort in client-facing situations
—Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative
—Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment
—Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

—Has experience in early-stage startups or has been an early sales hire at a growing company
—Demonstrates a passion for social impact and understands the challenges faced by nonprofit organizations
—Shows exceptional drive and ambition to grow into a full-cycle sales and eventually leadership role
—Exhibits creativity in approaching outreach challenges and developing new strategies
—Is tech-savvy and stays up-to-date with the latest sales tools and AI trends
—Has a network or connections within the nonprofit or political advocacy space (not required, but a plus)
—Possesses strong analytical skills to leverage data in decision-making and strategy development
