1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Change Agent AI platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Change Agent AI provides an artificial intelligence platform designed for nonprofits, unions, and mission-driven organizations. The Service includes AI-powered tools for content creation, data analysis, workflow automation, and team collaboration.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service (“Your Data”). We do not sell, share, or use Your Data for model training. You may request permanent deletion of Your Data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Enterprise agreements are governed by their specific contract terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Change Agent AI, LLC. Content generated using the Service belongs to you, subject to applicable law. Our name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Change Agent AI, LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Change Agent AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days following termination. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
