We’re a small, fast-moving team. Our clients include some of the largest unions, progressive nonprofits, and advocacy organizations in the country. They trust us because we built this for them, not for Silicon Valley.

Account Executive
$75K–$110K base + commission, OTE $150K–$190K
Our CEO runs all sales himself with a close rate over 50%. This role exists to change that. You'll ramp from setting appointments and shadowing the CEO to running full-cycle sales independently. Consultative selling into nonprofits, unions, and advocacy organizations.

Customer Success Specialist
$55K–$75K + performance bonuses
You're the first person new clients work with after they sign. Onboarding, training, support, and making sure organizations actually get value from the platform. You'll work directly with nonprofits, unions, and advocacy teams who are adopting AI for the first time.
