Who we are

We’re a small, fast-moving team at the intersection of AI and social impact. Our clients include some of the largest unions, progressive nonprofits, and advocacy organizations in the country. They trust us because we built this for them — not for Silicon Valley.

We value clear thinking, direct communication, and people who ship. We don’t have layers of management or months-long planning cycles. If you want to do meaningful work and see it matter immediately, this is the place.

• You care about the mission. AI for the social sector isn’t a line on your resume — it’s the work you want to be doing.
• You figure things out. Small team means you’ll wear multiple hats and solve problems nobody wrote a playbook for.
• You communicate directly. We don’t do corporate-speak. Say what you mean, ask for what you need.
• You ship. Ideas are cheap — execution is everything.

What we’re looking for

We don’t have formal job descriptions posted — we’re a small team and the right person matters more than the right resume. That said, we’re especially interested in:

• Sales Leader. Someone who can build pipeline and close deals. You’ve sold into nonprofits, unions, or advocacy organizations before — sector experience is a must.
• Customer Success / Account Management. Our clients need a partner, not a help desk. You’ll onboard organizations, drive adoption, and make sure they’re getting real value from the platform.
