We’re a small, fast-moving team. Our clients include some of the largest unions, progressive nonprofits, and advocacy organizations in the country. They trust us because we built this for them, not for Silicon Valley.
We value clear thinking, direct communication, and people who ship. No layers of management. No months-long planning cycles. If you want to do meaningful work and see it matter immediately, this is the place.

- You care about the mission. AI for the social sector isn’t a line on your resume. It’s the work you want to be doing.
- You figure things out. Small team means you wear multiple hats and solve problems nobody wrote a playbook for.
- You communicate directly. No corporate-speak. Say what you mean, ask for what you need.
- You use AI in your own work. Everyone here does. You’ll have access to our platform, our fine-tuned models, and unlimited tokens. We expect you to use them.
- You’ve worked remotely before and you’re good at it. We manage by output: calendar, tasks, and results. This isn’t a place where you can disappear for three days.
