Our Commitment
Change Agent AI exists to serve organizations working toward a more just world. This Acceptable Use Policy ensures our platform remains a safe, reliable tool for that mission. By using Change Agent AI, you agree to the following guidelines.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Change Agent AI to:
- Harm or exploit children. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
- Disrupt infrastructure. Attempt to compromise, overload, or interfere with our systems, servers, or networks —or those of any third party.
- Promote discrimination or hate. Generate content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Create or spread misinformation. Deliberately produce false or misleading content intended to deceive, manipulate public opinion, or undermine democratic processes.
- Conduct surveillance. Use the platform to monitor, track, or profile individuals without their knowledge and consent, including building dossiers on activists, organizers, or community members.
- Generate illegal content. Produce content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to fraud, defamation, or intellectual property infringement.
- Develop weapons or cause physical harm. Use AI capabilities to create instructions for weapons, dangerous substances, or activities designed to cause physical injury.
- Impersonate or deceive. Misrepresent AI-generated content as human, or impersonate individuals, organizations, or government entities.
- Spam or harass. Send unsolicited bulk communications or use the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
- Reverse engineer or resell. Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without authorization.
2. User Responsibilities
- Review AI outputs. AI-generated content should be reviewed by a human before being used in consequential decisions, published externally, or shared with constituents.
- Protect credentials. Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Respect data privacy. Do not upload sensitive personal data (Social Security numbers, financial account details, health records) unless your subscription tier and data handling agreement support it.
- Report vulnerabilities. If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to us promptly rather than exploiting it.
- Comply with applicable law. Use the platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
3. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your account. Serious violations —particularly those involving harm to children, illegal activity, or threats of violence —will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take action at our discretion, including removing content that violates this policy.
4. Feedback & Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, or if you have suggestions for improving our guidelines, please contact us at sales@thechange.ai. We take every report seriously and will respond promptly.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our platform evolves. We will notify users of material changes via email. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
